Stillwell’s proudly serves HWD, Harwood Premium Beef, our own ultra-high end, locally raised prime graded Akaushi cattle. Through a partnership between Harwood and local Texas/Oklahoma ranches, we are able to offer our guests this exclusive, locally grown beef that makes for an exceptional steak you can’t find anywhere else.

Stillwell’s wine program is committed to sharing the taste of the most esteemed wine producers, while also evangelizing hidden-gem producers from smaller vineyards around the world. Our half bottle selection is curated with intention, allowing for a personal and explorative dining experience, without committing to a whole bottle.
Our pride is our custom underground wine cellar, designed to hold up to 14,000 bottles. This expansive cellar preserves our carefully selected collection of 6,700 bottles spanning 830 labels from 480 producers, ensuring variety and quality for each of our customers.
